Jillian Michaels 30 day shred : Ultimate Workout

Suggested by a reader I am starting Jillian Michaels 30 day shred from tomorrow!

Wish me luck! it looks really difficult.

Schedule: Level 1, 2 and 3 each for 10 days

    1. haha not yet, but it could be due to the fact that i am not very regular at it :(

      I do yoga in the morning and try to do 30ds in the evenings, so doesnt reslly happen everyday. But the days I do do it i feel soo good :D

      Yoga somehow tones the body better in a more natural way. Achieves the voluptuous Indian figure. That's why ;P
