I have a girl-crush on her now days. Really love her sense of style and the ease with which she carry's off anything. So here are some inspirational pictures, how to dress post wedding or for your wedding functions!

Err..ya dont wear white during the first few months of the wedding, but you can opt of pinks and peach to re-create this look.

I really like this 3 color style of lehenga that's quite a trend since last year, planning to convert one of my wedding function lehenga into three color, will either change my chunni or blouse. 

Inspiration: Old Indian Wedding

As the year draws to an end I look back......really back, into photo's that have no colors. Into weddings where wearing a 'fatta-hua' frock was ok, and the bride hadn't turned bridezilla (the word I don't think even existed back then). I look into weddings where having a photographer at your wedding was a big thing.

Bridal Inspiration : Niki Mahajan

One designer who has got the modern bride just right is certainly Niki Mahajan. She wasn't on my list of check-out-designers last year when I was getting married but for the bride this season you must see her designs!

I never thought I would write about Manish Arora in this blog, Bridal and Manish Arora don't really go together, or that's what I thought!

His Couture collection for PCJ Delhi Couture Week 2013 has some amazing Bridal looks. Ofcourse wearing them as it is might give a few shocks to your elderly family members but with little tweaks its actually a very fun collection!

PCJ Delhi Couture Week 2013, Day 1 : Sabyasachi

I love Sabyasachi's designs and the beauty and Indian-ness he brings in his designs, but as a Bride I am not really a fan. I am in a love-hate situation when it comes to bridal wear from Sabyasachi.

This is ofcourse not 'bridal' wear but couture instead. We can still look at it for inspiration cant we.

Day 2 Rina Dhaka for Aamby Valley India Bridal Week 2013

The show was set up in a way that it reminded of a star studded sky at night. 

Rina Dhaka’s collection was called the ‘Free Bride’ 

Patchwork, gotha work and traditional kamdani work ruled her collection, but all in all not one of her best work.

Sophie Chaudhary opened the show.

I dont really have much to say about this collection (read not much good things to say), so I will let you makeup your own mind for it...
